I later knew this is Topo2. Looking these galleries again, I see some cells in which chromosome alignment or structure is indeed abnormal. I should have marked this as weak phenotype. Bummer!
However it is also true that there are many normal-looking metaphase cells. Not too surprising that I initially missed this phenotype. |

This gene turned out to be Sas6, centriole duplication gene that should produce anastral or MAB spindles
However, I still cannot see such defects here.
The reason is that day4 is not long enough - I had the same problem before and had anastral phenotype at day 6 or 7. Therefore I mark this genes as a hit.
